BIOGRAPHY I Harshita Dubey am a PhD Student in Lab Oncology Unit, at Dr.BRA Institute –Rotary Cancer Hospital, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi since 12.02.2020. I am working on the research project titled “Finding novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers in ovarian cancer”. The target biomarkers are HE4, WT1, Mucin 1, Mucin4, CT45. I have been been engaged in finding their levels in serum as well as their expression by Real Time PCR in ovarian tissue. Apart from ovarian cancer, I am also engaged in the research of biomarker of sepsis especially in post-operative cases of “Gastro-Intestinal Malignancies”. I have also ongoing works in Hematological malignancies. I wish to work in cancer research in future.
