I focused on the role of HIV-1 gp120 V3 loop-induced autophagy in the survival and apoptosis of the primary rat hippocampal neurons to find and target the critical signal molecule targets ERK and AMPK in the autophagy mTOR pathway through in vivo and in vitro experiments using morphological, behavioral, and molecular biology techniques. I am stuying in the relationship between IncRNA and neurodegenerative disorders,autophagy and signaling pathways in microglia cells.
